Al Khoory Courtyard Hotel, Dubai

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel with my family. The rooms were comfortable and offered a great view across the city to Burj Khalifa. However, I did notice an electrical cable touching the wet floor in the steam room, which was concerning. The hotel fulfilled my request for interconnecting rooms, which was perfect for us as we had our young children with us.

I had mixed feelings about this hotel. On one hand, the location was ideal for exploring popular spots like Dubai Mall and Marina and the staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. On the other hand, the rooms were not ready until late afternoon and lacked sound insulation, impacting my comfort.

While the service was friendly and competent overall, some staff members lacked English language skills. The hotel's central location was ideal for visiting Dubai Mall and Marina, though public transport could be improved. The dining experience was enjoyable, but with room for enhancement in the menu options. The facilities were good, providing a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
